Engaging in such activities may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You may not sublicense, lease, rent, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the BlurVPN service to any third party.

You may not use BlurVPN to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the networks, servers, or systems of BlurVPN or third parties.

You may not use BlurVPN for excessive bandwidth usage or other abuse. Excessive usage includes usage that significantly exceeds a reasonable user profile or is detrimental to our network infrastructure.

You may not exceed the number of simultaneous devices allowed by your subscription plan. This limit is specified in your plan details.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy, located at https://blurvpn.com/privacy, to understand how BlurVPN collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

4. Data Retention and Logging

BlurVPN adopts a strict zero-log policy. We do not record any information about your connection logs, traffic logs, bandwidth used, IP addresses you connect from, outgoing IP addresses, session durations, or your online activities when using our VPN service. This means your online activities are not identifiable and cannot be tracked back to you.

Due to our zero-log policy, even in the event of a legal request or court order, we cannot provide connection or activity log data attributable to a specific user because we do not store such data.

5. Intellectual Property

The BlurVPN service, website, mobile applications, desktop software, and all their content (including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, and software) are owned by BlurVPN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1. Software License and Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the BlurVPN service (including mobile and desktop applications). The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Under this license, you may not do the following (but not limited to):

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlurVPN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Our website, applications, or service may contain links to or utilize third-party websites, services, or content that are not operated by us (e.g., payment processors, support platforms, analytics tools). BlurVPN has no control over these third-party sites or services and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be finally and exclusively resolved by the Courts of England. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

BlurVPN reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the provision of all or part of the VPN service, shut down any server, or modify service features, with or without prior notice. Where possible, prior notice will be given in such circumstances.

BlurVPN reserves the right to change the prices of subscription plans or service features at any time. Price changes will be effective at the end of your current subscription period.

BlurVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, Usage Terms, or our other policies (including the Privacy Policy, Refund Terms). Abuse of the Service, engaging in illegal activities, or causing harm to our network infrastructure are grounds for termination.

BlurVPN shall not be held liable for any obligation or delay arising from events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, cyber-attacks, civil unrest, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, etc.

You may not assign these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of BlurVPN. BlurVPN may assign these Terms and its rights and obligations to you with or without notice at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

BlurVPN's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights in the future. The failure of BlurVPN to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BlurVPN regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
