Unlike many other organizations, we consciously avoid implementing excessive procedures and conditions that would make the refund process difficult. These Refund Terms ("Policy") apply to your subscriptions to the BlurVPN service. By purchasing the BlurVPN service, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

You may receive a refund if you request a refund within the first **3 days (72 hours)** after your initial order with BlurVPN. This period begins from the moment you purchase your first subscription.

This policy applies only to a user's **"first order"** with BlurVPN. If you have previously received a refund for a BlurVPN subscription or are requesting a refund for a subscription period exceeding the initial 3 days, this policy will not apply.

Refunds **cannot be made** for subsequent (recurring) monthly or annual payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to prevent the recurring payment from being charged to your card. You can cancel your subscription through your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.

Refunds **will not be issued** in the following circumstances:

• If you violate our Terms of Service or Usage Policy (engaging in prohibited activities, misusing the service, etc.).
• If your account is suspended or terminated due to your violation of our Terms of Service.
• For payments made using cryptocurrencies or certain payment methods for which the refund process is not supported (if any, this exception should be clearly stated).
• If payment was not made for free trial periods or promotional offers.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our technical support team via email (support@blurvpn.com), live chat, or ticket system within 3 days of your first order.

2. Inform us of your request to receive a refund and the reason for your request.

3. Once your request is approved, your premium features associated with your BlurVPN account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

4. The refund process is typically completed within **[e.g: 5-10] business days** after the request is approved. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

Please note

• The refund process may take longer than the stated period depending on your bank's or payment processor's processing time. BlurVPN does not have direct control over this process.
• Certain transaction or network fees applied during your original payment (for example, fees from certain payment networks or third-party payment processors) may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are deducted by the respective third parties, not by BlurVPN.
• This policy covers only subscription fees. Payments made for additional services or products provided by third parties (if any) are not covered under this policy.
